The problem
Bookings came in only by phone during working hours. Schedules were juggled by hand, and every rental contract meant paperwork.
What we built
We analysed how the garage works first, then proposed the solution.
- A bilingual German and English website with services by category and live Google reviews.
- Online appointments that respect opening hours, holidays and each mechanic's availability, with email confirmations.
- Car rental with live availability, kilometre packages and rental agreements generated automatically as PDF.
- A back office where the team manages services, appointments, cars and rentals.
