When you book a growth call through one of our forms, we store what you enter and a few details about how you reached us:

• your name, email address and company
• what result you want, your industry and company size
• your budget range and when you want to start, if you choose to give them
• the page you sent the form from, the language, the homepage headline you saw, and campaign tags in the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) if you arrived from an ad or newsletter

We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up on it. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR, and Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082 on Personal Data Protection). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

When you send a brief, the site emails a copy to our inbox (info@softix.cc) so we can reply. The email goes through our mail provider.

The site uses only cookies it needs to work. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

• softix-session: keeps your session, for example while you fill in a form (deleted after 2 hours of inactivity)
• XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms against misuse (2 hours)
• locale: remembers the language you chose (up to 5 years)

Like every website, our server records technical data for each visit: IP address, browser, time and page requested. Sessions store the IP address and browser for up to 2 hours. Web server logs are kept for a short time for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.

Our website, database and email are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. We do not use other services that receive your data. Fonts are served from our own server, so no request goes to Google.

We keep briefs for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a project. Then we keep what the contract and the law require.

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or for a copy in a common format. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it. Write to info@softix.cc. You can also complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo, or, if you live in the EU or Switzerland, to the data protection authority where you live.

If the site starts collecting data differently, we update this notice and the date above.
