The problem
We wanted to sell USDT to walk-in customers for cash. Off-the-shelf crypto ATMs are expensive, locked to one vendor and hard to adapt to local networks and fees. We also needed to know at any moment how much cash sat in each machine and what each sale earned.
What we built
We designed the machine and wrote every layer of its software.
- Kiosk software that reads the bill acceptor directly through GPIO, with several layers of debouncing so every note is counted correctly.
- Automatic USDT payouts on BSC (BEP-20) and Tron after the customer scans their wallet QR code.
- An operator back office with a heartbeat from every ATM, showing online status, balance and commission in real time.
- Fees configurable per ATM, the profit of every transaction calculated automatically, and a cash-collection workflow that records each pickup.
- Instant alerts when something needs attention.
