One system runs a mobile phone business: shop counter, repair desk, warehouse and online store
B-Mobile sells and repairs phones. Its stores, warehouse, repair desk and online shop now run on one system with one stock.
The problem
A phone retailer with several locations juggled separate tools for sales, stock, repairs and the online shop. Stock did not match between stores, repair customers kept calling for updates, and unpaid instalments were easy to miss.
What we built
We replaced the separate tools with one system.
- Point of sale and inventory across stores and warehouses, with barcodes, purchases, returns, suppliers and daily cash reconciliation.
- A repair desk with status tracking and automatic SMS, WhatsApp and email updates to the customer.
- The online shop, b-mobile.shop, runs on the same stock, with coupons, fast search and a delivery integration.
- Instalment and payment tracking with automatic reminders.
- Dashboards and role-based access for every member of the team.
